I love my Tracker!
By DKP | on Saturday, March 09, 2019
My Tracker is 17 years old and I still love it. I've had a few minor and two major repairs (replaced the rear seal and radiator). It has required little maintenance and has been super-reliable. V6 engine, good power for a little 'truck.' The seats are not very plush and some fittings are cheap-ish. After 18 years, an inside door handle broke ;-) It's so easy to let down the back passenger seats to convert to storage. (Decent 'trunk' space even without that.) With seats put down, I've hauled groceries, trash, and pretty large paintings. Wish they still made them, I'd have my eye out for a new one if this one ever failed me!… - 5.0
This is an absolutely wonderful RV tow-along
By Gary | on Sunday, June 24, 2018
We easily tow this 4X4 behind our RV. It is comfortable for 4 people in low-clearance 4WD situations and quite practical for use as a second vehicle at our home. It has plenty of room with both back seats down. We have used the luggage rack for a car-top carrier. In other words, just what it is named a UTILITY vehicle with plenty of power...… - 5.0
I'd buy a new one today if they were still offered
By Barry | on Saturday, January 02, 2021
I have the small engine, auto with 2 doors and 2wd. I LOVE IT!! I bought this little yellow beast new and I use & abuse it.. And it keeps on going. Other than a leaking heater core early on, this suv has beef great. For 12 years I've towed a 2000# work boat/trailer 2-3 days a week... and the boat has a 130hp I/O drive. Some days, work took me 120 miles from home. I've even pulled a small skidsteer with it. The last couple years I've been doing construction and engineering, pulling big & small loads, short & long distances without problems. Features I love: sitting higher up so I can see traffic.. not just hubcaps. (And I don't bump my head upon entering the vehicle. The automatic transmission easily pulls my boat/trailer up boat ramps. The short turning radius makes trailer handling easy. The 2" trailer hitch/receiver is very versatile, pulling a trailer or carrying a rack. And finally, I love the fiberglass top that replaced the rag top... quieter and easier to heat/cool.…
